Halfway between Como and Bellagio, Nesso is known for its waterfall that you can admire by descending the 340 steps that lead to the bridge of Roman origin, the Civera bridge. Nesso is a small and picturesque village divided into five hamlets. In the center of the village in Piazza Castello, before descending towards the lake, you will also find a belvedere that will give you a splendid view from above over the ravine, the ancient bridge and Lake Como.

Additional costs
A cost of € 80 for final cleaning must be added to the above rate. Upon your arrival you will have to pay the tourist tax of € 1.50 for each night for each guest in cash. Children up to 12 years of age are exempt. Furthermore, a deposit of € 100 will be due, to partially cover any damages which will be returned at check-out.
Payment terms
The apartment will be confirmed only after the payment of a deposit equal to 20% of the total amount. The balance must be paid before arrival at the apartment.

House Rules
- It is forbidden smoking in the apartment and in all indoor places;
- It is forbidden to use drugs;
- No additional guests other than those registered are allowed;
- Are not permitted events and celebrations;
- Respect the hours of silence during the night and noises are prohibited;
- Before entering the pool it is mandatory to take a shower, and in the pool it is mandatory to use a swimming cap;
- Pets are not allowed. Small pets are allowed if previously authorized by the owner;
- It is forbidden to move the furniture in the apartment;
- Throw the rubbish in the special containers of the differentiated collection;
- It is forbidden to light open fires. It is forbidden use barbeques;
- The keys to the apartment and the parking pass must be returned at the end of the stay.
